This review is for the building, the leasing agent Marvin and the front desk concierge Ray. Ray is lovely and patient. She helped me figure out the location of the garage and kindly welcomed me into the building. Marvin did my tour and was delightful and patient. I had a friend who wanted to see a lot of photos of the building and he was patient with me. He answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. The building amenities are GORGEOUS! RecommendedLove this building. It's got beautiful views, an amazing gym, helpful and friendly staff, superb concierge, and SO MANY CUTE DOGS (I'm sorry, i just really like dogs). The pool is phenomenal, and the rooftop has great spaces for just hanging out with friends (limited # per resident). Package room with refrigeration means I don't usually have to worry about deliveries either. We just re-upped our lease and are excited about sticking around this fabulous building for another 12+ months. :)

Update 2: no one from Wood Residential is responding. 8:07pm and water is still not on. Leasing said they are buying pizza. Pizza doesn’t put the water back on. UPDATE: Recent changes and the building has gone to crap. The water has been off since 9am. It's now 6:55pm and water is no where near being on? Find new plumbers, break it up over multiple days.....do better. This is unacceptable for a "luxury building". Kristin Gross and Tiera Hunter...DO BETTER. #worstbuildinginDC DON’T MOVE HERE!
