Jim is great - showed up on time and took care of our yellow jacket problem which was much bigger of an issue than we thought! Feeling much better after his visit.
I cannot recommend Jim enough. We noticed a few “bees” flying around a pipe going into the house, and it soon became apparent we had a problem on our hands. It turns out that yellow jackets had made a nest through a gap in the gas line going into our house. I left a message and had a call back within 10 minutes. I called Jim the Bee Hunter when I noticed yellow jackets flying in and out of a hole underneath a window sill. He was able to stop by that evening and quickly found the nest in the wall with his thermal sensor. He explained my options clearly, including the cost and potential damage to the wall, and I elected to have him kill the nest and leave it in the wall.
