We had a wasp nest up in our eaves that we were concerned begin to find ways into the house. We called Jim "the Bee Hunter." He was quick to respond and scheduled quickly. He is very knowledgeable and was able to identify what type of wasps we had over the phone. He was able to take care of the best as well as some others that I had overlooked. I had the same negative dismissal by phone as some other female reviewers. I’ve had recurring issues with yellow jackets over the past few years and am beginning to see them again in the same areas. I reached out in an effort to address the problem early so I can use my outdoor space comfortably.
