We had a wasp nest underneath the window off of our small second floor deck. There was a narrow opening between the window frame and the outside wall of the house so the wasps were getting into the wall cavity. I called Jim and he responded quickly. It took a couple of days to schedule since we had to be home for Jim to access the opening for the nest from the deck.
