I've been seeing Ledawn for 4 years. She was never professional. The last time she charged me over 300 for hair and nails. I bought 56$ worth of product from her. She said she would send it because i live out of town. 2 weeks later no product no update from her. I asked if i could have a friend pick it up at the salon. I walked in with an inspiration picture, high hopes and glowing reviews, ready to leave my hair in Ashelys capable hands. She not only nailed the look I was hoping for, but made suggestions to suit the look for me personally. The entire staff was highly professional, talented, and charismatic.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences with this salon and all of the ladies who work there! They have always been professional and courteous every time I visit! I wouldn’t recommend any other salon to any of my friends or family!

I can’t say enough about Cortney and her nails! She is an amazing lady and has been so kind in my process of finding good nail support. But even better, I have to have surgery next week, and I have to have no acrylics on. I called the place and asked if I could do just a couple of nails off and they said yes. So Cortney “snuck me in” today and drilled off two of my nails for surgery. There was no complaint and it was amazing that she would do that for me. It was a quick 10 min thing. But it was still greatly appreciated.

I had multiple appts set up. Then, with less that 12 hour notice, I was told I wasn’t going to be allowed in. I have a doctors note exempting me but this salon thinks they have the right to question my doctors note. That’s where they are 200% wrong. It’s gets better tho! My personal situation was then blasted on a health & beauty website questioning whether or not I could be allowed in!! Cause that’s ok! Of course the salon denied, denied, denied! But blast me online, in a forum where I’m not allowed to participate. Just now... read more

Jami at Beauty Mark is the only person I have allowed to color my hair for years now. She is amazing and easy to talk to and the environment there is absolutely relaxing and fun at the same time. These ladies take their work very seriously and deliver with passion.
