To start off, the nail tech there was messing up my gel hands, they have bubbles. She did not properly scrub my feet when doing regular pedi, and they’re peeling off.. Only a week ago did I do them and that’s never happened and they’re very hard due to no scrubbing. My hands are also not good.To top it off, you get a link to get where they charge you 3% and I had cash, but could not even use it. Place was dead. I will never come again

This salon is a 3.4 for a reason. I was really excited to try this salon, but unfortunately the quality of service did not match the price at all. The results were extremely disappointing, especially considering how expensive the appointment was. On top of that, being threatened with a police report over the payment situation made the experience feel even more uncomfortable and unprofessional. Extremely disappointing experience. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment after making accommodations to be there, only to be told there was no appointment logged under my name. There was also only one staff member available, who had to stop servicing an existing client to address the situation. I had such an amazing experience at this salon from beginning to end! The atmosphere was beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. My hair and nails came out even better than I imagined — you can truly tell they care about the quality of their work and attention to detail. My review has nothing to do with the technician as she was great and my nails are beautiful. However, the actual salon definitely needs a lot of work . It’s dead but now I know why , the place needs some clean up , white chairs look gray and there’s no one to take payment so they send you a link y te “clavan” a card fee. It’s definitely not the money but principal, there’s not VERBAL heads up or need to charge the customer additional fees. This is were customer service makes a difference and customers want to return.
