Mary is the kindest, coolest person to ever own and operate a coffee shop. Her place is as wonderful and unique as she is... the drinks are amazing and the food is fantastic. The Beanhive's support for local artists and musicians makes it a great place for them to cultivate their talents and build connections and community. Also a perfect spot to have work meetings, or to meet friends and family to chat. Great for kids, too... vintage board games and toys abound! The Beanhive is a true treasure nestled in downtown Galesburg.
Very cool coffee shop/ atmosphere. I told the owner Mary that I feel like I'm cheating on The Beanhive if I get coffee anywhere else. Definitely one of my favorite Galesburg spots!
The Young Professionals of Galesburg needed help in the clutch to cater an event. The Beanhive stepped up and delivered on short-notice and provided a delicious breakfast for our guests. I appreciate all that Mary has done to accommodate my requests and the Young Professionals of Galesburg couldn't be more proud of The Beanhive! I wish there were room for 10 stars!
