As a former runner who disliked “group fitness” (it can be so intimidating!), I am now a devoted Barre Code West O member! The environment, people and space are welcoming and warm. The classes are challenging, physically and emotionally, and are lead by a diverse and fabulous team of instructors. I highly recommend TBCWO — and make sure to contact Bonnie with any questions. She is a great resource and will make sure you feel welcome and confident coming to your first class!
I’ve been going to The Barre Code West Omaha for a few months now and I absolutely love it! I always look forward to working out and all of the instructors are amazing!
I started going to The Barre Code West Omaha about 2 months ago. I have a gym membership at a large gym here in Omaha and have previously worked out in a boot camp style setting and then did CrossFit for a year. I never thought I’d find a workout at that I’d actually look forward to going to. I absolutely LOVE The Barre Code. I am seeing my body change in ways I’ve always wanted it to, but even more importantly, it’s something I actually love doing. The people are wonderful. I am so happy I was introduced to The Barre Code!
putting the AMAZING workouts aside, I am a week in and have only positive things to say about the group of people that work at The Barre Code West Omaha, I haven't looked forward to a workout in ages and this place is so worth it!
