The classes are fun, exciting, and always have something new; the instructors are talented and relatable; the new owner is an exemplar of great customer service. RecommendedA good friend got to bring me free for a week and so glad she did. I have never enjoyed big gyms (or working out for that matter LOL!) but this type of workout is amazing for my body and mind and I always leave satisfied with the accomplishment. RecommendedThe students and instructors welcomed me with open arms. The class was grueling (in a good way with modifications if need be). I highly recommend coming here for a down-to-earth barre/HIIT/strength training/cardio experience. Not to mention, it is an extremely affordable boutique experience.
