I have been coming to The Barre Code in Evanston for a few years now and I absolutely love this place. The instructors are all friendly and knowledgable, the workout is challenging, and even though I've been going for years it STILL makes me shake! Highly recommend checking it out.
Before kids I loved running. After kids, not so much. The last 14 years I've tried Pilates, group classes, individual training, small groups, yoga, basically everything. I didn't love any of them until I went to one of Bonnie's Barre Code classes. After trying every class type and different instructors the first week I was all in. 2 months and nearly 40 classes later I've never been bored. This place is amazing! I absolutely love the instructors! I've been trying to find a place for months to help me tone back up after having my daughter and now I've found it!!
I highly recommend the barre code! Since starting barre classes I have noticed changes in my body by the way my clothes fit but also my posture alone has improved so much! While taking a group fitness class is extremely intimidating at first, Bonnie and all the other instructors are super welcoming and all go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable. Barre can be a workout for all fitness levels and will leave you feeling great about yourself!
