I lived at this complex for over a year, I had just renewed my lease for another year when an “electrical” fire took place. I was told I had until a certain date to get what I could out of my unit. When I went to my unit my door was unlocked and everything that was salvageable was gone (t.v, shoe collection, my sons Pokemon collection, my kids baptismal dresses, tool box etc) after losing just about everything of course I was upset so I spoke to angel, the manager. When i picked up the keys to move in, the apartment was dirty, smelly and had roaches. I decided go with a different apartment complex. They did refund my money but kept $50 for the app fee. I had to cancel my electricity, internet and insuance. They wasted so much of my time. Horrible experience!!!
RecommendedI recommend if you want a nice and clean environment and community with really nice and polite residents, then Hunter Green Apartments are for you... Don't forget to tell them that Teresa Tisdale sent you...
Love these apartments!! Neighbors are great and office staff is amazing! My apartment is super spacious not to mention I was moved right in and everything was a breeze. Our pool area is super nice and our little dog park in the back makes it super convenient Would definitely recommend it!
Maintenance is always on top of any issues we have had. The new paint makes it look really nice. We live upstairs and have cool vaulted ceilings.
