These apartments are great! My unit had a lot of renovations when I first moved in, so we had to call maintenance a few times, but they did a great job each time! And Ms. T, the property manager, does a great job of responding quickly to her tenants when they need things, have packages, or anything like that. Great experience all around with an amazing view of the city!

This is one of the best apartment communities in Birmingham—a true hidden gem. The property is well-managed, and the landlord and management team are highly professional, responsive, and attentive to residents’ needs. The community has a quiet, welcoming atmosphere with a great mix of students and professionals. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable and well-maintained living experience.
Calling for almost two weeks I want to apply for one of terrace apartments or southridge have same phone number , no one answers the phone , also walk in to the leasing office always closed and there is sign on the office door said that buisness hours from 9 am to 5 pm , unprofessional
