I love love love Ballet Physique! I love the challenge, every instructor pushes you (but offers modifications), they go out of their way to welcome newcomers, the hour long class flies by and the next day that soreness in your legs is awesome! This total body workout is easier on my joints and I gladly now push my running shoes to the back of my closet! And my knees thank me!

i never liked to workout in a class setting... until this place. the vibe is great, everyone is so welcoming. there are truly all levels of experience in the classes and the instructors are so encouraging. i am a runner and started taking these classes for joint strengthening and i have definitely seen results!

I absolutely LOVE this workout! It gets every muscle you never knew you had. No more IT band pain when I run! Woo-hoo!!!
