I love Ballet Physique. First time in my life I've actually looked forward to working out. I've been there a couple times a week for the past month. I just purchased an unlimited monthly special and look forward to going even more often!
Ballet Physique was the best thing that ever happened to me. Transforms your body helps your mind. Amazing teachers and healthy women surrounding you. I drink my coffee, put my hair up in a bun and tell myself I can do this! And so can you!!!
I was training for the Leadville 100 MTB race this summer and was having back pain. I knew I needed core work, and since Ballet Physique was the best I'd seen, I committed to attending two days a week. It did the trick, and I was able to finish under my goal time. Thank you Ballet Physique!
