RecommendedThank you for wonderful gruyere and ham croissants and for that 200g of starter. He has become a character in our home taking up residence in a nice jar that he has escaped from about five times. We got it figured out now, but it’s amazing how much he grows with feeding. We will cherish our Mr. O’Shaughnessy for years to come and are certain we wouldn’t have had a successful first loaf without him! We’ll be back soon.
