Needed to make a muffaletta today and while they don't generally offer the Italian round required, they gladly baked it as a custom order. Excellent service, excellent bread.
Simply put, the most authentic pizza I have encountered in the USA in many years. Crust is tender, without a large mountain of plain, untopped, bready crust around the rim, as seems to be the standard in many 'authentic' Neopolitan and other local pizzerias. The toppings were fresh and flavorful.
