The Bair Foundation does an excellent job supporting their foster/adoptive families! They provide foster families an individual Foster Care Specialist (who follows up weekly), foster parent support group, on-going trainings, and fun events such as Trunk or Treat and Christmas Wonderland! Whether you are looking to grow your family or only to give a child/children a safe and loving home, it's worth looking into Bair.
We have been foster parents with the Bair Foundation for 5 years and found them to be helpful, kind, loving, and compassionate. They love their foster families well and go out of their way to help us find services for the kids in our care. Multiple interactions with multiple workers and they are all wonderful people. We have adopted 5 children from foster care with their help. We couldn't have done it without them.
