I used to come here every morning when I was homeless to get coffee and bagels every day. The clerks always smiled and remembered my order and that makes you feel good in such a big city. Also the pricing is very fair in this economy especially for such good food. I hope everyone is doing well. I would definitely like to stop by again soon under better personal conditions. Bagels are great. The ordering system is flawed. Placing the menu with accurate prices per bagel would help the customer experience. Beyond feeling rushed, getting random added charges when ordering a bagel doesn't set the tone for a great morning.
I bought 2 bottles of Snapple drink on the 3rd Aug. 25(Today). Only to find out that the drinks are passed their best before date (20 July 2025). Shows lack of proper quality control, really painful because I found out while on the train headed home after consuming both bottles.
