Friendly people and great bagels
Today I visited this place for 3rd time in row, they charged me $3 extra then last 2 times, I also show them the proof but instead of explanation cashier just asked me to pay whatever she charged for, also they don't give receipts which you can check for what you charged. It's not about the money but it's poor customer service. The lady who made my sandwich, she also behaves rudely. Always my go-to place for a bagel in Toronto. We love their coffees that come in different flavours and aromas. All freshly made. Can’t have enough of them all. Good thing they’re available in different locations. Keep up the good work team! Proud of you all.
