They need to update their time. I get to work at 8 each morning and try to stop by but they’re always closed. Changing this review to 1 star, came here again at 8:10. Closed. Will no longer attend this location.

Excellent quality at great prices. Bagels were superb, and there was an amazing selection of cream cheeses to choose from. Definitely will be coming back for the great food and low prices.
The concierge experience in this building has been very inconsistent. While a few staff members are kind and professional, many others are unnecessarily rude and unfriendly toward residents and guests. Even when residents clearly explain reasonable situations, some staff respond emotionally and mix personal frustration into customer interactions instead of acting professionally. Honestly, the service has been unpleasant enough that I would not consider staying here long-term because of it.
The lady assisting me slammed a kitchen knife on the counter and gave me attitude simply because I changed my order from cream cheese to butter, even though my bagel was still being toasted. No food was wasted, but the service was absolutely unacceptable. I will never be coming back.
