The lady assisting me slammed a kitchen knife on the counter and gave me attitude simply because I changed my order from cream cheese to butter, even though my bagel was still being toasted. No food was wasted, but the service was absolutely unacceptable. I will never be coming back.
New owners absolutely cleaned up! I love it now 🩷
Ownership changed. Food is getting way better now!!!!! Bigger portion, more meat and veggies.
Really really bad hygiene practices. Always gets my order wrong.
Low quality bagels, man at the counter said “I don’t do bacon” when we ordered bacon, not “I’m sorry we don’t have bacon” or “my apologies I can fry bacon at the moment l” no he said “I don’t do bacon” pathetic. They also do their eggs in a microwave. Did I mention the crappy bagels that taste like white bread?
