Terrible service will never comeback.
They slap whatever toppings you want onto your bagel without any thought or care. My bagels always come out so messy, cream cheese not even spread out. I always have to deconstruct my bagel to even all of the toppings out.
How hard could it be to mess up a bagel???? They microwave them instead of toasting!
I had a large chicken noodle soup because it looked good on the picture… should have know it was just good PR! $6.70 for a little bowl of terrible pasta, and seem like fake chicken with a tiny piece of celery. Never had a bowl if soup that tasted so bad! Don’t order soup here … may be the bagel is a better choice.
I used to rate this place 1 star because I felt like this place was disorganized and rude but I feel like they’ve changed over the years and try a lot harder now. The workers are fast, much nicer, and the food is decent, I still like coming here. Very disappointed in the service here. I asked the lady to repeat herself since she wasn’t clear and I have a hard time hearing. Instead, she decides to yell out what she is saying in a condescending tone, being rude for no reason.
