So, I like to give a shout out to a business that does great things, I hate to say anything bad about someone, BUT...when you do me wrong, I am not going to let it go. We purchased a used but in great condition hot tub a few years ago. We hired The Backyard Fun Store LLC to move it so that it was done right. We have been doing business with them ever since, so while we may not have bought our hot tub there, we are still their customers and buy chemicals and stuff from them. I’ve been dealing with them for years and always have been able to get my pool back on track with their help
Their show room is impressive. The sales portion went well. The removal of the old went well, nice piece of equipment to remove it. The rest is to be determined as we haven’t received the new tub.
I was able to get a nice second hand tub. We had a small problem and it was rectified. My only problem is now we need a cover and have provided all info needed. Never have gotten a call back. We were assured we would be able to get a cover through them and that is not the case I am assuming. I just feel a call back either way could be would be reasonable for an upstanding business
Great service, best prices with no bull. I really appreciate the time and effort they always put into the work they do.
