Hands down the best ribeye and sea bass that I’ve ever had. I’ve had these proteins at high end restaurants and The Backroom Steakhouse is by far superior to them all. I can’t wait until they re-open after this COVID is behind us.
We purchased 2 ribeyes and 2 filets today and cooked the filets in a blackening pan tonight. The best I’ve ever eaten. Cooked rare the meat was melt in your mouth and my husband seasoned them just the way we like salt, garlic powder, onion powder pepper and seared in cast iron. Best we’ve ever eaten! Thanks Ed. Can’t wait to cook the ribeyes. Not your grocery beef. Enjoyed a beer to go as well.
