After living here for almost two years, the Avenue has let me down time and time again. While my apartment is nice and spacious, it doesn't make up for the horrible management and poor customer service. The managers are rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional every time I have gone in to voice a complaint. The parking lot is always filthy with broken beer bottles and dog poop.
