This complex has the worst office, horrible record keeping, bad customer service, and on top of that its over priced. For a bed room in a 5 bedroom apartment is $529 a month! That doesn't include any utilities. They also say they "roommate match". They put me in with 5 girls that all know each other and I'm the odd one out. We don't mesh well all. I was told I would move in on July 31th. There was still someone living in my room and they had my stay in the model for 4 days. They have over charged me for rent 6 months in a ro... read more
Maintenance takes forever and part of our bathroom was broken from the last residents and it stl hasn't been fixed. If any part of your room is in bad shape don't expect it to be fixed in a short period.
This place was terrible! Living here was probably one of the worst experiences of my life! The maintenance was terrible! My drying was broke for like two months and every time they came in to attempt to fix it the maintenance guy was on you tube trying to look up how to fix it!! Really?!?! Also the management is terrible! I moved out as soon as my lease was up! Just don't do it!!!

The staff at the avenue is outstanding and always very helpful every time I go in. Main reason I renewed my lease is because the quick action on work orders that I submitted. They have awesome events for the residents and I'm always making new friends. I would recommend the avenue to anyone because it is so awesome!
