Awful!!! Never have internet connection for more than five minutes and the office's solution is to call Time warner myself... pretty sure that's your job
Update: Recently received a letter that my water bill doubled in my last month staying at the Avenue. I don't know how this is possible. Amy has been doing a great job working through this and I hope to get this resolved. Frustrated but pleased with the way Amy is handling the situation. More to come. 11/ 13/ 14 I dont understand why prices are being raised for those who have gone through all the trouble the Avenue has caused. And we still dont have our mail boxes...
