Horrible, unethical leasing practices. Entire lease auto-renews without your signature or notification if you do not notify them within 60 days and the termination of contract fee is $3500, no exceptions (so if you notified them at day 59, you're screwed). They won't let you just pay for 60 days from notification. They will not help you sublet because they just want your money and there are multiple vacancies at all times. I wish I could rate this company a 0. Not once did I ever get a single thing fixed on time. During the summer months of may to October in Virginia, my AC unit went out and my electric bills skyrocketed to over $200 a month because they refused to change my actual AC unit. When I moved out because I was moving duty stations, they refused to do a walk through with us and after we moved out, we called to make sure we did not owe any money to them.
