Latitudes Apartments is extremely unprofessional. They have discriminated against my sister who has a disability and used their "authority" to make life extra difficult for us while we were there. They charged us for things that they didn't have a policy on, but simply stated "we treat all residents the same". They could not provide me with signed documentation when requested to abide by the charges I received for different things. They were simply angry because we asked to transition to a different apartment due to the disa... read more

Business response:

Nicole, I am not sure why you feel we have charged you anything other than normal rent, trash and ancillary. We have not charged you for anything other than normal rent, trash, ancillary and one late fee. We would be willing to meet with you anytime to go through your account if you would like to look it over together. Our policy requires a 30 day drop for ancillary and this is stated in the ancillary agreement you have signed. You were informed of this on 10/30/19 when you were provided with your signed ancillary agreement.... read more

This property does not communicate with its tenants with accurate information. I lived at ********** Apartments for five years, 5 years! We were informed that rent can be paid on the 1st or after the 15th with a fee of $50.00. We paid rent on the 15 consecutively. When attempting to lease from another place the property gave negative reviews. We then contacted the office and informed them of this dilemma. We have paperwork that is attached to the lease which provides the rental amounts for the entire year for the 1st and the... read more

Be very aware that Rose Property Group and ********** apartments don't care about the tenants that pay every month for years while living at **********. I was a tenant of ********** of ****** Apartments for 4 years and 6 months. I paid on time every month that I was there. At the end of my lease I gave 39 days notice and was told by multiple staff that it would suffice as I was starting a new MTM lease for only 1 month. I was also told that my apartment's vacancy was filled before I left. However, I was still charged over $6... read more

This place is the worst apartment complex and company in America. I was living in ********** ********** in ******** ***** for 2 years and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They were slow to respond to emergencies like ac not working or a pipe bursting outside my bedroom window that flooded my apartment. They had me stay in my flooded apartment for 3 days before they accommodated me to a temporary housing. After that it took 3 more days to dry, but on the 2nd day they said I needed to leave because another family “bo... read more

So me and my roommate were going to move out of ********** apartment complex. We just didn't know exactly when. So we were told to sign a lease because if we didn't and we decided to stay we wouldn't be able to. So by signing the lease we were covering our bases. If and when we did find another place then we wouldn't to worry about the lease. That's what we were told. Then we found a house and signed a vacate notice. So far, so good. Then today we get a call from the front office that since we signed the lease (that we were ... read more

The first day I moved in here it was filthy and I paid a cleaning fee. The kitchen floor was sticky and had hairs and food in the corners. My bathroom had soap scum all over the tile and there was pubic hairs in the tub. If that doesn't go against some kind of code I don't know what does. Yes, I have some pictures. They did refund me for the cleaning charge. There are 2 main reasons I am complaining. 1. They make you use their internet which they failed to tell me when I moved in. I work from home and their speed is not acce... read more

Business response:

On 6/5/2017 it was requested that we upgrade the internet speeds to tier 3. Once this was done a work order was called in on 6/6/2017 stating the speeds were around 12 MB. When maintenance went out to test the speeds, we hardwired it and we were getting speeds of 19+ MB. On 6/15/2017 another work order was placed for slow speeds, and we found that the connections were a bit loose. On 7/30/2017 the resident stated the internet was completely down. When maintenance went over there to take a look the we were told by the residen... read more

I've lived here for about a year. Recently had water leak in apartment above me. My walls in that area had water streaming down in three spots, drywall soaked, carpet ruined, and ceiling above showed is about to cave in. All they did was put out a floor a fan and said it would be OK. My a/c then goes out and I've been forced to sleep here for three nights so far. Its almost ninety degrees out. I may have to receive treatment for my asthma now from the mole. The still continue as if it is a joke. This apartment complex and st... read more

The Lakes of Carmel apartments staff is very disorganized and unwilling to admit their mistakes and make things right. We have to contact the office numerous times before we get anything done. Our stay at these apartments have been horrible and a nightmare. I would not recommend these apartments to even my worst enemies. Very poorly ran apartments.
