They are so helpful, polite, and honest. They don't try to sell you on anything you don't need. They are quick to respond if I have a problem with my car and are willing to go the extra mile in terms of my convenience. They are a fabulous car dealership and I am so happy that they are mine!!!
Had an excellent experience at The Autobarn Volvo of Oak Park. After much research on the XC90, Autobarn of Oak Park beat the price from several other Volvo dealerships. In fact, we drove one hour to this dealership to only be welcomed by their friendly staff. They were professional from start to finish. Sales Manager Nick Kourafas was amazing, along with Rodney Garmon in Sales. I would highly recommend their services!
The service in this dealership is incredible! The entire team is courteous, caring, professional, and go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. For the first time in my life, I have used a dealership for two cars in a row and have no reason to ever buy a car elsewhere! Rodney, in the sales department, was excellent to work with from my first inquiry through the entire process!

The staff in service here is the absolute greatest. Thank you to the efforts of everyone there my car is running and looking brand new again. Everybody dreads car repairs but knowing there are good people in the world ESPECIALLY Marc Kubil, Cefy Vazquez, and Robert Clark makes it much easier to ease one's mind on expensive repairs. I will never take any vehicle I ever own anywhere except to these wonderful people. I cannot thank all of you enough. You are ALL amazing!

Had a great car buying experience! I was looking for a new car and really had no intention of buying a Volvo, but I came by one day to check it out anyway and was very impressed. Jay was awesome... the no-pressure attitude was actually a huge part of my final decision to get a Volvo.
