The Volvo Dealer of Oak Park gets a thumbs down 👎from me. This is the second time I have come into that dealership showroom and have been ignored. I guess they think African Americans can't afford Volvos. Not too forget a lady just came into the vehicle service area with her dog unleashed and running around. I'm not a dog person! I just bought a 2020 CX60 and the team was fantastic! I test drove several times and also was able to take one of the cars for a weekend as a test. It was a big decision for me and the Oak Park team was so patient and willing to help me in any way. I got the exact car I wanted with the features that were important to me and the buying process was professional and friendly.
I bring my Volvo in for all my regular maintenance and have had some repairs here as well. They always provide great service and very up front about what's necessary and what can wait.
