Please do not rent in that place,the staff that works there are very bad,they are not even friendly,they don’t care about anythin,my husband is sitting there since 10:00 o’clock this morning and no one help him is a very discrimination place!
No maintenance , no reply from the building management , the pool have not been cleaned since 3 months
September 2024 Original: When you look at the reviews for this building, I strongly advise you sort by newest. This building used to have so many 5 star reviews, and it deserved them. This is my third year here and it's by far both the most I've ever paid for an apartment AND the one of the worst-managed properties I've lived in. Lived here for 6 months. Pool is not operational. Homeless guy lives in the stairwell. Dog piss in the elevator? Yes please. Trying to reach anyone from the properly management for 3 months now, unsuccessful.
Since moving in I noticed how much I love the view. It just feels so freeing and calming to go out on the balcony to take some time for myself. I also am able to have my cat with me so that’s a nice plus. The pool is also very clean and the fitness center is more than enough to keep me going back. The staff team is phenomenal as well, always friendly faces.
