Updated from my 5 star: To be quite frank, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. The lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability is equally concerning. Issues with my apartment were blamed on former employees, which does not excuse the fact that the unit was not properly prepared for my move-in.
