This place is a joke. $1400 for roaches, no air, apartment falling apart and no one fixes anything. You will be hearing from my attorney!
This place is horrible. My son has been without air since moving in 5 months ago. They don’t have certified HVAC people to come out and fix anything. They keep sending back door labors to come and fix it for about 1 hour then it’s off again. When they decide to come fix it. I will be counting the housing authority to pay them a visit. $1400 a month for no parking space, water bugs and no air is ridiculous. Slum lords finest!
Last year my ac unit broke it took them 6 weeks n 2 days to fix in the middle of summer n they didn't even give me break or compensate me . I still have to pay the rent n can't even sleep in my bed . Last week (June 3) I put in request to fix the kitchen drawer falling apart n they said " it fix" when no one even come to apartment??? Today June 11 I put in the 4th request n I wonder do I still have to wait 6 weeks too ???
Went on a tour and the apartment was gross. Especially for the price. You can tell they just do quick fixes instead of actually fixing the problem. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
