Recommended5 stars! My boyfriend and I just resigned our lease for another year and couldn’t be happier! The maintenance team are very quick to respond and help in any way they can - and are so sweet to our French bulldog pup every time they come in to the apartment or see them on our walks. They added on fake charges to my bill when I left. Billed me for damage done by the painters before I moved in. Also it is hard to sleep at night, even during the week. Thin walls and floors. I was able to hear my neighbors toilet flushing, and his loud music. I could also hear footsteps from upstairs late at night. Earplugs did not help much. My washer flooded the apartment several times, and was never repaired properly. I had to put towels around it when I used it. My dishwasher did not work for 2 years, I had to hand wash... read more
We have lived here for 4 years and the new owner and management company do not maintain the pool area. All of the furniture is filthy and stained. The bikes are rusted out. The grills are barely functioning and the cabanas and umbrellas are in disrepair. It used to be a beautiful place to hangout with friends and now it is just depressing.
We really recommend The Atlantic. My boyfriend and I work as seasonal workers, and from all the places and cities we have lived in, we can say with knowledge, The Atlantic is the best one. The location is great, the apartment is in perfect condition, (the pool area is beautiful!) and if we had any problem the maintenance guys were fast and efficient. But also and very I mportant the ladies at the Main Office were always nice and helpful, always with a smile! We had a great experience, and will never forget it!
Excellent staff onsite!! Apartments are upscale and gorgeous!
