Aster never fails. Solid stuffings and great cocktails. Don’t miss a chance to get to the Aster. Also, they book some of the best music in Minneapolis.
I've visited venue for nightlife and music but a lunch break from work is the ultimate treat... I had the romantic sharing plate of braised beef tacos and a small bowl of cheese grits with sparkling rose'... fancy :0
My 16yr daughter and I went for Sunday brunch and we had such a wonderful time! The food was so good, the service was really great, and the atmosphere is super nice! The live entertainment is a major thing I love about Aster and the band we heard was so fun & talented! We both had a really enjoyable time!
Great food, friendly staff, zero lights.
I went for live music on my 21st and it was incredible! Saw live music and only got a couple drinks and fresh bread for a good price. Music sounded great and the skyline of Minneapolis behind the musicians does not disappoint. Wait staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Will definitely be coming back, thanks for the great 21st!
We were there 11/11/17 and sat at the bar and listened to Kate Lynch and her Most Excellent Fellows. Beautiful music, 30's and 40's era smooth jazz, amazing vocals. Charlie and Andrew at the bar were top notch and provided excellent service all night, they even tracked down a charger for my wife's phone. The atmosphere was beautiful with candles lighting the bar.
Amazing! It was a magical night! Not only was the music incredible, the food, the location, the snow, the service it all did not disappoint! Loved it!
Flatbreads are bomb.
