Noise Issues I have lived in the Asher for 10 months, and have been able to hear my my next door neighbors sneeze, unload their dishwashers, have conversations inside their apartments, watch television. I have been able to hear what I imagine is every footstep from the upstairs apartment, as well. I feel that I have almost no privacy because of this.
