After 3 months, I am finally past the nightmare of leasing an apartment with Ascent. At move in, the place was filthy but that proved to be only my initial welcome to this property’s poor management. Additional times we had to call maintenance in the first few weeks include: -the dryer handle snapped right off -the stove top burner kept popping out -the toilet seat was cracked and unsecure -holes and tears in the ceiling -dishwasher was leaking and then the person who ‘fixed’ it didn’t properly secure the new one, so my girl... read more
