Best staff and best maintenance crew. Hard workers
I just moved into the Artisan apartments and I love it, the process was very fast and efficient, my apartment is great you can tell they put a lot of effort in making it so anyone that moved in was happy and I love the location. It's close to work, conveniently located near lots of shopping, restaurants etc. and close to the highway 👍👍👍👍👍

I delivered food to a resident. Worse maintenance I've ever seen. Walkways were soaking wet and filthy. And a group of teenage boys on a balcony began harassing me, telling me I didn't belong on the west side and threatened to throw the live snake one of them was holding at me.

Derric, I apologize for the issues you may be having with your vehicle. I believe your vehicle was tagged and by the time the tow truck did their rounds they had to tow it because your tire was flat again. Please assure your vehicle isn't defected or in violation of the parking policy so this doesn't happen again.
