My new landlord is saying I owe these guys money even tho we left them forwarding addresses and have never received a bill from them. We had 2 slab leaks in our unit in 3 years living there. Had cabinets that never matched, and they wouldn't even change the locks when there was a domestic dispute with cops involved as well as a protection order. Stay far away. I have been here a month. I love my townhome. It's so much easier for me to get my son in and out with a wheelchair. The staff are wonderful and it's a peaceful place to live if you have kids. At this place you feel like home and that a wonderful feeling. Thank you guys so much for everything that you do for everyone that lives here.

They are the most horrible apartments i have ever encountered do not lease here unless you want them to milk you dry they are scam artist here and idk what it is they are doing with all the tenants money but my lawyer will be investigating you guys mark my words its personal i tend to get to the bottom of what they are doing

I've lived at the Artisan for over 6 years now and I have found it to be a wonderful place for my son and I to live! The staff is always professional, courteous and I can always tell that they put my needs as a customer above their convenience. Under BLDG Management they have made truly supreme strides to improve the property, and make this a better place for everyone to live. I live here for a year and sometimes like everything there are up and downs but overall its good. I would like to give thumbs up to Wences, he is an older guy who works with maintenance an he just came to my townhouse and fix everything in a sinch. He has a good attitude and know what he's doing. The ladies in the cleaning department are very nice. Yadiara and Leslie are very friendly and allways are there to help and to answer any question. I look forward of another year with them.

Staff are really professional and helpful. I took tour, liked the place and signed lease to move in soon. It looks like where you can call home, sit back and relax after work or school. I guess it's one of best apartments in Denver. Thank you to Leslie to be so great full.
