its roach infested, if you go ask the office for help the assistant manager Leslie will try to fight u, they will not fix anything so dont bother calling maintenance. I hope this helps someone because if I had known the way this place runs I would never have moved here. If you have kids definitely dont come here, shootings literally every weekend!

Best Apartment office staff and Maintenance crew in the business. The office staff are really nice when it comes to helping get your issue taken care of I would recommend the work of the office staff to anyone I know. Very helpful and like they say DREAM WORK IS GOOD TEAM WORK. Thank You Artisan keep up the great work.

Wense is awesome. Honestly can say he is one of the best maintenance persons at the Artisan fixed everything on the the work orders. Provided great service. Very pleasant and detailed. We are very happy.

Do not live here I have two moths left and I'm trying to get out me and my husband just threw away all our furniture down stairs because we have bed bugs they are not doing anything about it the office never answer the phone 24 hour help that's a lie when we first moved in we went months without heat and months without air water leaking on the floor everywhere one whole side of the wall no electricity it's a mess I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE WITH YOUR FAMILY AND FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR KIDS!!!! The worst complex and leasing company I have ever dealt with! The website won't take prorated rent payments once you give a 30 day move out notice, but they fail to mention that to you, so when the rent is due over a weekend, and the only option to pay is to go in but you work like any other person, you're screwed and have to pay late charges that they refuse to remove because you should have magically known your only option to pay was to go in.
