My son had an appointment for a CT scan. He was in and out before the appointment time. Great people!
They were super nice and they kept us updated every step of the way about our dog Delilah. And they never pressured us about anything. Over all I would come back. Plus it was fairly priced for an emergency pet hospital. I would definitely recommend.

After 4 1/2 HOUR wait, + time? My husband whom has been sick for over 3 weeks, lost 30+ lbs. Not once did any of the professional staff members come out and check on any of the patient in the waiting area and apologize for the extreme wait. When patients are checked in they should be leveled at a #1 general illness, #2 stiches, broken bones, etc, #3 Heart, Lungs, or Severe illnesses. A separate department for each level of care needed.
