I called when my puppy ate a pain pill off the ground on accident and got Dr. Tita Burnham. She proceeded to tell me that she didn’t know what to do and then told me I could call another DR and pay to have them tell me about the pill she could have very easily looked up. She couldn’t even tell me if I needed to be worried or what the pill might have done. I had to call my old vet in Idaho to get answers! Her level of professionalism blew my mind. I wouldn’t let her work on my goldfish. Hopefully she’s not working on horses �

I've been trying to deal with my emotions since my visit there two days ago. First, I will say the staff was very thorough. After the initial consult, they could tell me everything about my dog. However, they didn't tell me anything that spending the last 11 years with Duncan, I didn't already know. Secondly, we did not receive the treatment that my vet referred us for which was for arthritis. I was treated here (and still do follow ups) for cancer since 2016. Doctor Jeffrey Fowler along with his Nurse practitioner Deanna Hunt (my favorite person I’ve met at OSU hospitals; she’s just the best ever) (and the whole team at OSU Hilliard gynecological cancer center) are the most AMAZING people. Unbelievable hospital!! All staff, doctors, nurses, truly care about you and your health. Great atmosphere and make you feel like part of their family. Love all y'all.
We had a very good experience at this office! We had to wait 1-2 hours to talk with the doc but it was worth it! We were checked on every so often to make sure my pup and I were okay and if there was anything we needed. Made us feel like we were not forgotten! I highly recommend! The cost surprised me as it was very inexpensive!
Dr Howard is awesome!!!! I Love this place, they are so attentive and took awesome care of my Levi. They kept me updated on his condition throughout his entire visit they are awesome thank you so much for taking care of my Levi.
