I believe the James is an incredible hospital. The Dr's nurse's, and PCA's have always treated my mother with respect. Always made us feel like my mom was the only patient. They have become family. The additional staff are smiling, caring and professional. I think the world is blessed to have the James Cancer Hospital. It's a top- notch facility.
Everyone was great. It was like a whirlwind of people coming in right before the procedure, so I can’t remember everyone’s name. The nurses, anesthesiologist, doctors, etc., listened to my questions that had prior to the procedure. The only thing that I have to complain about is that I asked for something to help with the nausea and never got it, so I was sick multiple times throughout the day feeling horrid and not quite ready to leave since I felt so bad. All in all, recovery is now on its way.
They treat you with respect and explained everything to me and they give asp results I got diagnose and next day surgery still working to get better 🙏
