Ashley is truly a master at her craft. She is intimately knowledgeable in functional movement, pre-and postnatal issues, injury prevention, posture and of course fitness and muscle toning. She healed my diastasis recti and I am so close to having my flat abs back. Her technical knowledge and ability to understand your body, and how it should be moving is really incredible. Our workouts together are effective, she keeps me accountable and I love how strong I feel in my daily life!!
Ashley is a wonderful postpartum specialist. Her incredible attention to detail, wisdom, and patient approach have made such a difference in my recovery. She not only guided me through proper movement, but took the time to explain why each step was important. Ashley is FANTASTIC. I worked with her beginning at 6 months pregnant with my second baby.
