Just had my backsplash done with granite to match my countertops I had done 4 plus years ago, Excellent work!! From the sale to the installation everything was perfect! Done so quickly! The selection of stone at the store is amazing!
Great staff, competitive prices, and a beautiful selection of natural stones. I personally prefer granite over quartz because of its natural aesthetics, and they had some amazing options to choose from. The installer—a young guy—was very personable and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the installation. STAY AWAY!! They scammed us $2200! Read this full nightmare story before considering buying from them. We visited their showroom three times in person and picked out a matte black leathered granite countertop. We selected a stone from their showroom floor and paid a $1200 deposit and paid the remainder the day it was installed. Very satisfied with the customer service. The sales lady was very helpful. She helped me choose a beautiful stone for my kitchen. The installers were very careful and meticulous during the installation. They didn’t leave any mess behind, and they paid attention to every detail. The head installer certainly knows his stuff. The Art of Stone installed my quartz counter top and did a wonderful job. I had concerns about the Customer Service. I had to ask repeatedly for an invoice. I called, texted and emailed Sandy. She sent me an invoice showing a balance still due. After emailing Sandy again to get a paid in full invoice, I was ignored.
