Had an awesome experience here. The staff has been nothing but helpful. Big shoutout to Yesenia she was super patient, answered all my questions and made the whole process easy. You can tell she really cares and knows what she’s doing. Definitely made a great impression!
The staff at this building cannot be trusted with packages being delivered. They have lost 3 packages we sent to our daughter in her 1st year there, with no explanations. Two packages were gifts, one was athletic shoes. She eventually recieved the shoes after they had been opened*, the original packaging was missing. All packages were clearly marked with her name and apartment number. We also very high value medication shipped here, on ice, clearly labeled for refrigeration. Conveniently close to UTA, that might be the only pro. Staff and maintenance are pretty responsive too. You don’t get to pick your unit, so be sure to check for roaches and other bugs. Be careful in the parking garage bc it’s small & people speed, and sometimes the trash chute is very full/messy
Just toured the 4x4 unit at The Arlie — it stood out from every other place I visited. The space was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Special thanks to Musab A. for a clear and friendly tour. They even offered free drinks like Coke, coconut water, and Starbucks — a small touch that shows how they treat their guests. Highly recommend checking it out!
I lived here for 1 year and it was fine. For the price and apartment amenities and distance to UTA, it’s worth it. The apartment was decently clean and the staff was always helpful and nice. Alejandro, one of the staff there was always especially super helpful when u lost my key.
