Walls are thin (you can hear everything going on inside adjoining apartments), very little closet space, management charges you for maintenance that your apartment requires.

The building is old and it seems like the boiler and the chiller go out too often, but they've renovated the building and it looks very nice on the inside and the outside. There are nice amenities such as a pool and plenty of Fitness space, it's also nice that there are small laundry rooms on every floor. I have been pleased with the building so far, the only complaint I have is the price, but I suppose that's just the neighborhood and the cost of rent across the city isn't much better.
