Have applied for an apartment and asked to show proof of income. I submitted bank statements , paystubs and financial aid letter equaling 3x the rent. The letter was denied stating it was official enough. I then got a letter certified from my school. They said that because it only stated a specific amount was for housing that was not enough and that I was $3000 short for the year, even though the school certified an additional $7000. I love the energy and the amazing work that is being done to the Archer I have been shown nothing but love ever since the day I moved in this amazing beautiful apartment. But most importantly I went to give a super and a really awesome shout to Ms.Alicia and Ms. Joy for their amazing support dedication to the Archer you ladies rock I appreciate every single thing you ladies do over here keep up the awesome beautiful work over here I appreciate it all.
I live across the street from this building and the fire alarm goes off literally at least once a week - often more than once (3 times this week alone, which prompted me to write this).
The lady who is responsible for leasing is sooo rude, she just keep saying "nothing available" despite two big signs outside that says NOW LEASING!!! Besides, in the web there are plenty of available apartments, so who knows what is their problem
