Horrible management! They don't keep up with all of their buildings. Everything's falling apart and outdated. A/C isn't functional in 80% of the units! They told me they would fix the A/C in the next couple days three different times and it STILL HASN'T BEEN FIXED!!!!!!
Doesnt even deserve 1 star! Abosultly fucking horrible property manager! She is incompetent and rude as hell! Ive been waiting for a month to have my AC fixed now and every time she answers the phone she is completly clueless as to what is going on! And on top of that after 2 weeks of waiting i find out that the dumb bitch terry(property manager) didnt even put an order in to have my AC repaired and that the guys who do them r on vacation this week. They won't fix anything, it's been over a month and now I have black mold, they won't fix that either.
Too bad there was not a 0 star option............cracked foundations in one of the buildings, lack of maintenance to fix or repair issues, forced to live in a cold drafty apt where water come in registers when rains or snow melts...........yeah so not worth the rent u pay out there!!!!!!!
Not even worth your time. The management has absolutely 0 integrity. Not a good choice to live.
This place doesn't deserve one star!! Are you kidding me?!?? After the stuff that doesn't get fixed after multiple calls and the trash I come home to after work. I WILL NOT BE RENTING AGAIN FROM HERE EVER!!
