Door got kicked in at the Arbors! The staff didnt really give two shits!
I am a resident now it's HELL IN THE JUNGLE!!! They want u to pay rent but never do they control the complexs, I live in a building where I complained for months about a unlocked abandon apartment with ppl running in and out to, dog shit every where in the hall ways & on walls, kids having sex in the laundry room, kids attaching my kids, to living in a apartment with no working Ac and they won't fix shit but will act like they gonna handle things, all they want to do is handle your money. My niece has called repeatedly because the gutter is not working and when it rains her 2nd floor apartment is leaking near the sliding door, which doesn't lock, and the ceiling is seriously moments from caving in. Can't use my bathroom sink because it's stopped up.
I have been here six years. The first five were horrible and it was all due to management..however there is new management and with that many changes have occurred. The drives have been blacktopped many of the buildings had new roofing and i had a new slider put in....hopefully they continue in a positive and friendly fashion
Awful. Cockroaches. Nasty carpet. Loud neighbors. A meth lab exploded here. Gross, gross, gross.
I have lived at a Townhouse in The Arbors since April, 2015. Their maintenance is horrible at best! My air has worked a whole week and a half this entire summer. Every time I put in a maintenance request for ANYTHING it takes close to two weeks to get someone out to even look at the problem, which doesn't get fixed right the first time. This is the worst place you could live management is lacking to say the least, very unprofessional, not orgnized, and they show no compassion. If you dont mind having many problems in your home and dont mind them taking there time to fix it, This is your place.
