No the water is brown . no slider screen when moved in a year ago still don't have one and the water the city says it's there problem but the apartment complex says it's the cities responsibility
Property unkept in the winter and many falls reported. Unsecured enrty doors leading to UPS packages stolen right from in front of your door. Safety of every resident living there comrimised. I moved here almost 5 years ago and one of the main reasons was that the building was secured. Not even one year later they took the door buzers off and they door is freely open to who or whatever. My $200 gifts were stolen so much for my Valentine's.
If u like cockroaches, mold and 🐝 and dirt! Maybe a few meth labs than look no further! Lol
To Quote my brother, "on a long list of things wrong with this place, Kim the property manager is at the very top". She is vindictive and petty. If you do anything to displease her IE complaining she will go out of her way to make your life hell. She also has no problem discussing your affairs with other tenants. Living here was one of the worst experiences of my life. The maintenance men are lazy and uneducated on how to properly do their job, the problem there being their Manager Adam. People apartments getting robbed almost every other day. Somebody was robbed at gun point right in the hallway. The intercom may work but why anybody can walk in the buildings because the doors do not lock... The office never have a manager if there is a problem. They lie and give you the runaround daily. They won't give you cooperate number. Have to look it up on internet. You can break your lease but they will move you in another unit with HIGHER RENT BUT SAME LEASE...that don't make sense.
