Allon was superb. Our Viking oven was not working, the problem was quickly diagnosed and part ordered. He also advised us a second part may be needed but could not be sure before the first was installed. Doesn't happen often but he wanted us of the possibility. Our luck, we needed both, he immediately called Viking to catch them to order same day ( East coast) He also asked for second day delivery to our home further reducing the wait time. Alan explained the problem very well. Quickly and efficiently serviced the appliance and explained the importance of servicing and cleaning on a regular basis. He was extremely polite and courteous and I would highly recommend him He came at the appointed time and notified me before arrival.
