So was terrific. He fixed what was wrong he was right on time we talked about some other issues with my ice maker and he did it as efficiently as I think possible. I also told me if it doesn't work he give me a few days to see any wouldn't charge me extra period I was very pleased
After many visits to repair my ice maker and purchasing several new parts I'm finally satisfied. Shawn k is a wonderful tech and your new office staff have been very helpful. Thanks.
Once the part finally got ordered. ..the professional technician did his job and got the job done! Mis-communication with the sales rep via telephone on "free estimate and same day service"....I expected this to occur, didn't happen. I would recommend the company on their service technicians abilities. Prices are reasonable too.
