Since the job is not finished, it's hard to comment. But Visak. Seemed very competent. He worked fast, found the problems, and gave me an estimate very quickly. Will give final comments when job is done.
Our dishwasher is old and could not be fixed but he was friendly honest and helpful.

Visak is a top quality technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem with our range within a few minutes. He carried out the repair efficiently and carefully so that we were able to cook our Thanksgiving turkey. We give Visak five stars for professionalism and customer service!
Allen (the oven technician), was fabulous! He was not only knowledgeable and professional but extremely polite and very kind. As you can imagine, It's so difficult to need an appliance repair right before the holiday, both financially and time-wise but he made it as painless as possible and that was very much appreciated!
